1st step - As I can acquire the goods of Etnika?
To acquire the products of Etnika, you will need to make a register in our virtual store, creating a Personal Account. Then, it is only to navigate for the site and to choose among the most several products. It can still visualize the details of all of the products, clicking in the button "View" or in the image of the respective product. To proceed to the purchase of an article, it is enough to click in the button "Buy now", the number of times that you want and the article(s) it will be added to your cart of purchases.
2nd step - As I can do and to pay my order?
Once finished the purchase, click in the button "Checkout." Then, it is only to follow the payment instructions.
If it goes a habitual customer of Etnika, you should make the login, introducing your email and password and to follow the payment instructions.
Available payment forms for PORTUGAL: Bank transfer or Bank Deposit (preferential), Paypal and Delivery Collection.
Available payment forms for the REST OF THE WORLD: Paypal.
3rd step - As I can know the state of my order?
Once validated your request, it will receive a confirmation message in your mailbox.
To know the state of the order, you should accede to your Personal Account in Etnika and you will know, in real time, in that situation is the order: Pendant, Processed or Delivered.
4th step - As the sending of my order is processed?
Your order is prepared and packed with whole the care, so that it arrives to your home in the best conditions.
The sending of the orders is processed, usually, among 1 to 2 business days, except for some delay in the delivery of your request. If such to happen, it will be communicated the reason of the delay through email.
If the order it be paid through credit card by the Paypal system, it will be sent between the day of the payment and the following (in business days) day. The orders pay for Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit will be sent only, after having confirmed the payment of the value of the order.
NOTE...
All the orders that they be not paid in a period of 1 week, they will be considered Without Effect.
