SHIPMENT COSTS
The sending of the orders is processed, usually, among 1 to 2 business days, except for stock rupture. If it happens stock rupture or any other reason that it impedes the normal processing of the request, the customer will be notified immediately by email.

The Etnika store sends the orders to any place of Continental Portugal, Archipelagos of the Madeira and of the Azores.
Shipping costs:
...Normal mail - 2.20 euros (up to 500 grams of weight).
...Registered mail - 2.50 euros (up to 500 grams of weight).
...Delivery Collection (registered) - 3.50 euros (up to 500 grams of weight).
The Etnika store only proceeds to sendings to the Collection for purchases to 30 euros higher.
It will be communicated by email, the value of the shipping costs, for orders above 500 grams of weight. The period of delivery varies among 2 to 7 days.

WARRANTY
If, after the reception of the order, this not to correspond to the intended (being excluded the Quantity Materials), the order can be returned in a maximum period of 15 days, being the customer totally reimbursed.
If, for some reason, some product to come with defect, the customer should communicate the situation for email and to send us the material in a period of 15 days, after the reception of the order, for us to proceed to the change (in case there is the readiness of the same article) or the reimbursement of the value of the product.
DEVOLUTIONS
The Etnika store no it accepts devolutions nor alterations of discount products or that they suffered some discount type, as the "Quantity Materials". Except the products that one can find with defect.
